High Protein Fruity Pebbles Overnight Oats

Fruity Pebbles Overnight Oats have all the flavor of my favorite childhood breakfast wrapped up in a solid, balanced meal that will help fuel your training and recovery with the best of them!

High protein overnight oats are one of the easiest ways to start your day, especially if you are pressed for time in the morning like myself, a father of two. There is a whopping 42 grams of protein that is packed into these oats! They are great for meal-prepping and keep you fuller longer throughout the day.

Ingredients

Directions

  • Blend oats into a powder.
  • In a bowl, combine oats, yogurt, protein powder, milk, vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, mix filler – honey, lemon, syrup, strawberries, and blueberries.
  • In a mason jar or container with a tight lid, combine bowl with oats. Top oats with your filler mix, and continue to layer your mixes until jar is full. Seal your jar and put in fridge for 3-4 hours.

Notes

  • Any vanilla protein powder would make a fine substitute if you don’t have the Fruity Pebbles powder. Mixed frozen fruit is also perfect for this recipe!
